All paintings sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

2. Order Responsibility

We request customers to review product details, size, and images carefully before placing an order. Each artwork is made and packed with utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong painting, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amarashilpi.in.

• Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product and packaging

After verification, our team will arrange a replacement if applicable.

4. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of the artwork. These minor variations will not be considered defects.
